Important Service Update Regarding Your Sticker-Eye Camera

Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for your trust and for choosing Sticker-Eye as your home security provider. It is with sincere regret that we must inform you of a difficult decision regarding our cloud video and app services.
Despite our best efforts to sustain operations, a combination of persistently rising costs—specifically in AWS cloud services, increased tariffs, and high software maintenance fees—has led to continuous financial losses over the past six years. We have reached a point where we can no longer maintain the service quality and reliability you deserve.
Consequently, we will be discontinuing all Sticker-Eye cloud and app services. The service will be officially turned off, and the app will become non-functional, on or before March 1, 2026.
We are committed to handling this transition as fairly as possible:
1. For Recent Customers: A Refund
We will issue a full refund for cameras purchased directly from us within the last three years (on or after Jan 1, 2023). Our team will process this automatically to your original payment method. No action is required on your part. You will receive a separate confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
2. For All Customers: Next Steps & Transition Period
Your service and app will remain fully active for the next 30 days, until March 1, 2026. We strongly encourage you to use this time to research and transition to an alternative home security camera provider to ensure no lapse in your coverage.
What You Need to Do:
· Download Your Data: If you have any important video recordings stored in the cloud, please log in to your Sticker-Eye app and download them to your personal device before March 1, 2026.
· Seek an Alternative: Begin researching replacement options. Many reputable providers offer systems that are compatible with a fresh start.
We understand this news is disappointing and inconvenient. Providing reliable security was our mission, and we are truly sorry that we cannot continue this journey with you. This decision was not made lightly and is solely due to the unsustainable economic model described.
